General Info
- All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
- Items are sold as-is.
- Bidders must be 18 or older.
- All proceeds support Food Forward, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Payment
- Winners will be contacted after the auction ends.
- Payment is due within 7 days.
- We accept credit cards, checks, wire transfers, PayPal, or Venmo. Please note that credit card charges incur a 3.63% fee.
Pickup & Shipping
Local Pickup: Items can be picked up at Food Forward's North Hollywood office. Date and time to be agreed upon. Items must be picked up within 90 days of auction close.
Shipping:
- Shipping costs (and optional insurance) are paid by the winner.
- No international shipping.

- We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
