Auction buyers will be responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations below:

• All acquisitions must be purchased in full.

• Each auction item is sold AS IS without warranty.

• The Center for Craft reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale.

• All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Final bids for online auction items must be made by 11:55 pm ET on Friday, October 10, 2025. Pre-bids will be accepted online for live auction items through 11:55 pm ET on Friday, October 10, 2025, but purchase will not be guaranteed until close of the in-person auction on Saturday, October 11, 2025. To guarantee purchase of a live auction item before the in-person event, bidders may elect to buy out the item at the "Buy It Now" price.

• Pick-Up: Buyers may arrange to collect their artwork between October 11 and October 31, 2025, after final sales of all live auction items at the in-person event and receipt of confirmation of purchase. 

• Shipping & Delivery: If buyers are not local, the Center for Craft can ship artwork via an art shipping company. Shipping will be billed to the buyer at cost.
