Tiki Bar Tour Policies

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to booking will be issued a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full.

Rain policy: Boat tours run in the rain, but not thunder/lightning.

Reservations are required. We run tours rain or shine, but not during a thunderstorm- If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us 48 hours prior to your reservation and we will credit your payment 100%. Reservations canceled within 48 hours are responsible for the full payment.- Payment in full required on all reservations (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)- VT Sales tax applies to all boat tours.- Pontoon boats are stocked with adult and child size life vests. Children 12 & under are required to wear a life vest at all times. Infant life vests are not provided, please bring one with you if needed. Tiki boats are stocked with adult life vests. Tiki boat is suitable for children over 12 years of age.-We do not allow smoking or pets on the boats.
