RMHC Bidder Registration
- All bidders must register at RMHC.cbo.io to receive a bidder number for access to the online Auction. Registration is necessary only once. The bidder number you receive can be used to log in to the site again. Your phone number or email will also work if you forget your bidder number.
- Bidders must use their bidder number to submit a valid bid or check the status of their bid.
Online Auction Bidding
- All bids will be final at 6:00 p.m. HST on Sunday, May 4, 2025, no exceptions.
- Once registered, notifications and alerts can be sent out if you have been outbid. You will be allowed to bid again.
- If you're viewing on a mobile device, use the Menu to select categories for easier viewing.
- The My Items button lets you follow your bids and those you are watching.
Silent Auction Rules
- All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds with RMHC Hawaii or the donor. All items are “as is.” Ronald McDonald House Charities/Donors/Volunteers have attempted to describe items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made on the bidding platform, or made orally during the Auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
- The Auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value provided by the donor. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is usually tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify the deduction amount.
- Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.
- Gift Certificates will be mailed as soon as possible after addresses have been verified. A staff member will contact you after the Auction to confirm. Please review the certificate, including the expiration date and rules; no extensions are available.
- Any item left unclaimed after 60 days will be sold, and the proceeds will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities Hawaii.
- Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards associated with the Auction and the items obtained at the Auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from RMHC Hawaii, their members and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the Auction.
Checkout Procedures
- Please enter your credit card information upon registration. We accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
- Buy Now purchases and multiple Auction items will be combined and processed in a single transaction.
- Please check out at the conclusion of the Auction on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. HST. Payment for items purchased must be made in full.
- We will process payments with the credit card provided for winning bidders who have not completed the checkout process on Monday, May 5, 2025. If a credit card is not valid, you will be contacted to complete your purchase.
- Following payment, you can pick up your purchases at the Ronald McDonald Judd Hillside House in Manoa, starting Tuesday, May 6, to Friday, May 9, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Floral purchases may be picked up on Thursday, May 8 or Friday, May 9, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will be contacted by email to schedule a pick-up date. - There will be a minimum $6.50 shipping and handling charge per postal address for Neighbor Island and Mainland delivery. We will inform you in advance if there are additional charges for oversized items. No international shipping.
