This year, we’re working toward opening a new Ronald McDonald Family Room, a welcoming space within a hospital designed to give families a place to step away from the clinical environment without being far from their child.

A Family Room offers parents and caregivers a place to rest, recharge, and take care of everyday needs during what can be long and difficult days at the hospital. Most importantly, it allows families to remain close to their keiki while finding a moment of comfort and normalcy.

Auction Rules and Regulations

RMHC Bidder Registration

All bidders must register at RMHC.cbo.io to receive a bidder number for access to the online Auction. Registration is necessary only once. The bidder number you receive can be used to log in to the site again. Your phone number or email will also work if you forget your bidder number.
Bidders must use their bidder number to submit a valid bid or check the status of their bid.

Online Auction Bidding

Bidding closes at 8:45 PM HST with the auction officially closing at 9:00 PM HST on Saturday, October 24, 2026, no exceptions.
Once registered, notifications and alerts can be sent if you are outbid. You can bid again, or you may want to use the Max Bid feature for convenience.
If you're viewing on a mobile device, use the Menu to select categories for easier viewing.
The My Items button lets you follow your bids and those you are watching.

Virtual Auction Rules

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds with Ronald McDonald House Charities Hawaii (RMHC Hawaii) or the donor. All items are “as is.” RMHC Hawaii/Donors/Volunteers have attempted to describe items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made on the bidding platform, or made orally during the Auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
By registering for the Auction, bidders agree to receive emails and notifications from RMHC Hawaii regarding future events and opportunities. Bidders may unsubscribe at any time.
All bids must be in whole dollar amounts. No cents are allowed in your bid price.
The Auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value provided by the donor. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is usually tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify the deduction amount.
By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that RMHC Hawaii is not responsible for any items or services purchased, the successful delivery of the items or services, or any damages or losses incurred as a result of the purchase or use of the items or services.
Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.
Gift certificates will be mailed as soon as possible after addresses have been verified. A staff member will contact you after the Auction to confirm. Please review the certificate, including the expiration date and rules; no extensions are available.
Any item left unclaimed after 60 days will be sold, with the proceeds going to RMHC Hawaii.
By participating in the Auction, bidders agree to release and hold harmless RMHC Hawaii, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of their participation in the Auction.

Checkout Procedures

Please enter your credit card information upon registration. We accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
Buy Now purchases and multiple Auction items will be combined into a single transaction.
Please check out at the conclusion of the Auction on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 9:00 PM HST. Payment for items purchased must be made in full.
We will process credit card payments for winning bidders who have not completed checkout on October 24, 2026.. If a credit card is not valid, you will be contacted to complete your purchase.

There will be a minimum $6.50 shipping and handling charge per postal address for Neighbor Island and Mainland delivery. We will inform you in advance if there are additional charges for oversized items. No international shipping.
