AUCTION DETAILS

Silent auction and raffle items will be open for bidding by Monday, March 4, 2024. Ticketed attendees or virtual bidders may place bids and purchase raffle tickets before the event starts.

Upon purchase, please keep track of any raffle entry items. They will not be replaced if lost. A raffle proxy will be used for any virtual bidders.

In order to place a bid, you must have a credit card or PayPal set up with your bidder information. You may pay for your winning items via cash or check at the event checkout but any items that remain unpaid after the event is over WILL be charged to the credit card on file. Virtual bidders will also need to visit Checkout in person at the event to pay via cash or check. All credit card information is stored securely only until the end of our event, and only charged if you are the winning bidder on an item(s).

Each couple is given the same bidder number so you only need one credit card on file per couple. If there is a problem with bidder numbers, please email esomerville@olsorrows.com.

All items must be picked up at the Sheraton on Saturday, March 9.  Checkout opens at 10 PM and closes at 11:30 PM. Items should be picked up by the winner or a designated person, unless arrangements are made ahead of time by emailing esomerville@olsorrows.com. OLS experiences do not need to be picked up, as the staff will be in touch with you directly to arrange for those items.

ABOUT THE OLS AUCTION & GALA
