This will give you access to our online bidding software where you can browse and bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets and make a donation to support the school.

We are in need items for our Silent and Live Auctions, as well as raffle and prize baskets.

Donate a Full Basket: We have over 100 ideas below to spark your excitement and a flyer with basket examples here!

• OLS Families can earn volunteer hours. We are also putting together class baskets for each homeroom so look for information from your teacher or room parent.

Item Donation: Do you have connections or can you provide one of the following? Drop off donations to the School or Parish Office or email esomerville@olsorrows.com if you are interested.

• Use of a cabin or vacation home
• Gift certificates (services, children’s museums, restaurants, retail, etc.)
• Sporting event tickets
• Concerts or performing arts event tickets
• Fine wine or spirits
• Home items

• Services- design, organizing, etc.

Amazon Wish List: Purchase an item to be used in our silent auction from our Wish List and it will be sent right to the school! We will put together received items to make incredible baskets! Make sure to include your name in the comments so that we can thank you properly.

Support Staff Attendance: Make a tax deductible donation to offset the cost for staff to attend. These donations will be used to subsidize the cost for the entire staff to attend and will not be allocated to particular staff members. Any staff table donors will be publicly thanked in all digital promotional materials with their family name or business logo. These donations do not come with event tickets.

AUCTION DETAILS

Silent auction and raffle items will be open for bidding by Monday, November 10, 2025. Ticketed attendees or virtual bidders may place bids and purchase raffle tickets before the event starts.

Upon purchase, please keep track of any raffle entry items. They will not be replaced if lost. A raffle proxy will be used for any virtual bidders. 

In order to place a bid, you must have a credit card or PayPal set up with your bidder information. You may pay for your winning items via cash or check at the event checkout but any items that remain unpaid after the event is over WILL be charged to the credit card on file. Virtual bidders will also need to visit Checkout in person at the event to pay via cash or check. All credit card information is stored securely only until the end of our event, and only charged if you are the winning bidder on an item(s). 

Each couple is given the same bidder number so you only need one credit card on file per couple. If there is a problem with bidder numbers, please email esomerville@olsorrows.com.

All items must be picked up at Shenandoah on Friday, November 14.  Checkout opens at 10 PM and closes at 11:30 PM. Items should be picked up by the winner or a designated person, unless arrangements are made ahead of time by emailing esomerville@olsorrows.com. OLS experiences do not need to be picked up, as the staff will be in touch with you directly to arrange for those items.
