FARM2TABLE Gala Harvest Dinner

Saturday, Oct. 2nd, 2021, 5:30-11:00pm

Let's celebrate our land and harvest

our community and our connection.

Farm2Table raises funds for Hartsbrook's Land Stewardship Program 

and Hartsbrook's sliding scale tuition.

Gather with the Hartsbrook community to enjoy live music 

and connect with friends old and new.

This is an adults only event.

5:30-6:15pm

PRE DINNER FESTIVITIES

Watch Alum Executive Chefs Nate Sustick and James Robb prepare food in our rustic "outdoor kitchen."  Live music will follow our guests to visit the chefs and entertain during our meal.

6:15-7:30pm

HARVEST DINNER 

• We will start with a Wine & Cheese Tasting by Provisions as well as a variety of hors d'oeuvres plated at the tables.
• Our Harvest Dinner features alum Executive Chefs Nate Sustick and James Robb.  Our meal includes Hartsbrook produce and other local produce with a South American flair.  Round tables will be spread out under a big tent.  Wine, beer and sparkling water are included.
• We will finish with donated fruit pies and special cakes.  During these desserts, the program and auctions will start
• Music will be played throughout the evening.

Introducing special In Person Silent Auctions and Live Auctions with exciting offerings and vacation getaways as well as an opportunity to bid on Fund-a-Need Live Auctions!  Hosted by auctioneer extraordinaire and parent, Janis Abbingsole.

COVID-19 Protocols for This Event:

To ensure that our Hartsbrook community is safe, we are following guidelines that we use for The Hartsbrook School, including:

• This is a fully outdoor event
• 3-ft physical distancing outside and under the Main Tent
• Masks are required when not eating or drinking
• Self screening for COVID-19 symptoms, and please stay home if you are sick.  
• In addition, please consider testing within 48 hours of coming to Farm2Table.

NOTES ON THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Register on our Online Auction Site here:  Registration required so that you can bid online any time before the Farm2Table event on Oct. 2nd.  When we close the online bidding on Fri., Oct. 1st at 10pm, if you have the winning bid, your credit card will be charged automatically through a secure process.  You will receive receipts and will be contacted by the school about how and where to collect your winning auction items.  You may use your phone for mobile bidding (see above).

Online Auctions:  

• Online Silent Auctions are available for bidding now  BIDDING CLOSED ON THESE ONLINE AUCTIONS
• Fund-a-Need Auction Donations bidding are also available now to raise funds for the Land Stewardship Program and Tuition on a Sliding Scale (you may also bid at the in person event)

Live Auction Previews for Farm2Table on Oct. 2nd.  

• Preview Live Auctions and Live Fund-a-Need Auctions
• Preview special In Person Silent Auctions now and bid in person at the event on Oct. 2nd.  You may pay at the event at checkout time.

Online Silent Auctions Will Now Close at 10pm on Friday, Oct. 1st;  billing and receipts are automatic at that time.

The Hartsbrook School is hosting the Farm2Table 2021 Gala Event:

Address is 193 Bay Road in Hadley, MA  01035

Parking:

Drive in the entrance to the school.

Proceed to park at either parking area immediately on the left or

Continue further in the driveway to the large parking lot to the right of the large tent.

Checkin:

In addition to 3' physical distancing, hand washing and mask wearing at all times except when eating or drinking, we recommend that you self screen for COVID-19 symptoms and stay at home if you are sick. 

In addition, please consider testing within 48 hours before coming to Farm2Table.

These precautions reflect The Hartsbrook School's current health precautions in school for its students, faculty, staff, staff and visitors.
