The 60th Annual Westmount Oktoberfest Pro-Am, presented by Raymond James, is October 9 - 10, 2025.

This year we are pleased to partner with and support the important work of the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council and Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood). Our goal for 2025 is to raise $125,000 in support of life-changing care, programs and resources for people in need.

All donations received through this webpage will be distributed evenly between our two charity partners. 

Proud to be the longest running charity Pro-Am in Ontario, this tournament has raised over $1.6 Million in support of local charities in Waterloo Region. Past beneficiaries of the Westmount Oktoberfest Pro-Am tournament include: The Cardiac Care Center at St. Mary’s Hospital, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Kids Ability, KW Hospice, among others.

By joining in with our incredible group of participants, donors and sponsors you can make a real and tangible difference in the life of a young person or family who are struggling. Be a part of two days of comradery with friends and club members and make a positive impact on your community too!

This auction will close on Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 6 p.m. EST. Winners will receive an email confirming items won. 

*Please note that in case of multiple bids at the same amount, the auto-bid (selected with max bid feature) is recognized as the winning bid in the auction system, regardless of the time stamp. 

Payments will be processed by credit card through the auction site. If you are the successful bidder on an item the credit card entered at registration will be charged on Tuesday Oct 14th, 2025.

Winners will be contacted to arrange prize pick-up. Winners are responsible for picking up their prize or covering the cost of shipping.
