Auction Information
Our event is held in the Virginia Ballroom at the Williamsburg Lodge. Attire for the event is Derby. We encourage hats and fascinators. Event is indoors but there is an outside patio available.
We open registration at 2:30 with Virginia Sparkling Wine and the Virginia Wine Reception is from 3pm to 4:30. The Live auction will begin at 4:30.
Main food stations are open from 4pm to 6pm & snacks and desserts are also served to every table. There are four bottles of wine on each table and more available at the Trading Post. Mint Juleps are available from 6pm to 7pm. All food and beverages are included with your ticket.
Live telecast of the 152nd Kentucky Derby will begin at 6:30. Event ends after the race and contest winners are announced.
Silent Auction & Collector's Corner bidding online begins April 29th at 3pm. Preview of our Auction Catalog is available April 15, 2026.
