Utah's Hogle Zoo is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization. It has been an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) since 1979, a distinction given to only 10% of animal institutions. The zoo upholds the highest animal care standards in the world. The Wildlife Ball is a fundraiser event supporting our mission of creating champions for wildlife by making connections between people and animals to inspire action. Proceeds from the Wildlife Ball go toward the care of over 155 species of animals, 65 of which are threatened or endangered, and also support our local and global conservation initiatives and partners.
