Women Giving Back supports women and children in crisis on a first step to stability by providing quality clothing and diapers at no cost, assisted by a caring and committed community. The foundation of everything we do is to ensure women and children receive the basics in life. Our mission is more than clothes - our committed volunteers provide personal space and uplifting interaction in a unique boutique atmosphere focused on helping increase the self-esteem of the women and children we serve. 

We serve over 700 women a month with clothing at no cost, and over 300 children a month with diapers and wipes. WGB partners with over 200 referral agency partners who share a common mission of serving their communities. WGB proudly serves as a resource for shelters, permanent supportive and transitional housing programs, domestic violence and human trafficking programs, schools, medical facilities, low-income job training programs and faith-based organizations to serve those who need it the most.

Thanks to your generosity, during last year's Cinco de Mayo auction, we raised over $17,000 which helped us serve 1,735 women and 3,059 children with clothing and distributed 192,000 diapers for babies in 2021. WGB is counting on your donations to continue to serve the needs of women and children in the Greater Washington DC Area.
