While this past year has been challenging, we truly have so much to celebrate as a community, especially our resilient children. We look forward to hosting this year’s COVID compliant event in new ways to align with the current climate and will be outside of current Board of Trustee Alex Zawadiwsky’s residence on the lawn, pool patio and large deck. Enjoy light fare, beer tasting from Wild East Brewing Company (Co-owned by Westmont Mom, Lindsay Steen), live music by The Jamestown Duo, exciting auction items including precious art made by the little hands of Westmont and most of all, a safe environment to gather in person as a community. Please note this is an adult-only event and garden attire is suggested.

Rules & Regulations

Terms of Sale: Local businesses/organizations, Westmont families or friends have donated the auction items listed in this program and therefore make all sales final and with no refunds/exchanges unless otherwise noted. It is the sole responsibility of all attendees to carefully read the descriptions of auction and raffle items they are interested in, and accept all expiration dates, restrictions, and disclaimers associated with the items, prior to bidding. Please note date of availability and other qualifications. Time and place of services and items without set dates are to be mutually agreed upon by donor and purchaser and are subject to availability. The purchaser is responsible for contacting the donor to make arrangements.  As a courtesy, please try to do so within one month of the auction. The purchaser is responsible to note expiration dates. Please Note: All items must be removed from the auction site on the night of the event. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of the above terms.

Check Out Procedures

Checkout will be done via ClickBid.  Please checkout on ClickBid prior to leaving the event and pick up your winnings.  Guests and bidders who have not checked out by 8pm on June 5, 2021 will be automatically checked out with the card on file.   You may opt out of the credit card fee prior to automatic checkout.  Those automatically checked out will not be able to opt out of the fee. 

Ticket Raffle Items: All raffle items are bid through Clickbid.  Ticket items will close promptly at 6:00pm with last call at 5:55pm. At that time, all raffles are final.

50/50 Cash Raffle: Green Cash Raffle Tickets will be sold from 2:00pm to 4:05pm for $25 each or 5 for $100. Three winners will receive 25%-15%-10% of the total earnings. The winners will be announced after Opening Remarks. School proceeds from this raffle directly benefit the Jason K. Jacobs Scholarship Fund.

Live Auction: Bid on a Live Auction item by raising your paddle at the event. Bids should be made promptly. It is the bidder’s responsibility to make the auctioneer aware of his/her bid. Please be sure to read the complete item description prior to bidding.

Silent Auction: All silent auction items are bid through Clickbid.  Silent auction items will close promptly at 6:00pm with last call at 5:55pm. At that time, the highest bidder wins.
