This year's Woman of the Year milestone carries a special legacy: Tiffany’s mother, Cindy Murphy, founded the Woman of the Year Gala two decades ago. Today, Tiffany continues her mother’s vision not only through her philanthropy but through her extraordinary leadership within WCF.

Robinson has been a driving force at Women & Children First for years. She founded the Peacekeepers, WCF’s dedicated volunteer group that has become a cornerstone of community engagement and advocacy. She is also the creative force behind the acclaimed Pop Up Shop, a wildly popular and uniquely styled fundraiser that brings together premier fashion, home, and lifestyle items donated by top boutiques and community partners. No two Pop Up Shops are ever the same — from the location to the merchandise — but each has become one of WCF’s most anticipated events, raising significant funds to support survivors.

In addition, Robinson has faithfully served on the WCF Board of Directors, helping guide the organization through seasons of growth and transformation. She has also stood alongside WCF since the very first conversations about the Forest of HOPE Family Peace Center, a dream now becoming reality and set to expand critical resources for survivors in Arkansas.

A Little Rock native, Tiffany Robinson brings more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, including roles as stylist, buyer, and merchandise manager. Today, she is the proud owner of Barbara/Jean, a beloved fashion institution that recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. Alongside her professional accomplishments, Robinson’s unwavering commitment to philanthropy has supported countless local non-profits, including Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Easterseals Arkansas, and of course, Women & Children First. Her husband, Daniel, often joins her in these efforts, and together they are instilling the values of service and generosity in their son, Nebby.

“For Tiffany, community service has never been optional — it’s a calling,” said Daniel Robinson. “Her vision, leadership, and heart have not only elevated Women & Children First but have inspired countless others to get involved. She is the perfect choice for this landmark 20th year.”
