Glow Cart Decoration Contest - bring your best decorations. All carts are required to glow. All teams are responsible for providing items to make their carts glow and provide driving lights for carts. All attendees must wear glow & have flashlights.

On course sponsors are required to bring items to glow their setup area.

In the event of inclement weather, the event may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, and all financial donations will be given to the Foundation.

ConocoPhillips Event Photo Video Release 

By participating as a player, volunteer, sponsor organization, employee of organization, or Fox Hills Golf Course affiliate. I hereby authorize and grant to ConocoPhillips and its agents a worldwide unrestricted right in perpetuity to photograph, film, draw, videotape and/or audiotape my person, my name, my statement, my voice and/or my property (hereinafter “Subject Matter), and to use the Subject Matter, whether currently existing or created in the future, for any and all reasonable business-related purposes including, without limitation, for print, publication, radio and television, broadcasting, live presentation, electronic and digital transmission, transmission and posting on social media, duplication, distribution and stock footage.

This grant includes the right to reasonably edit, modify and retouch the Subject Matter. Furthermore, I waive the right to inspect or approve any draft or the finished product wherein the Subject Matter appears. The Subject Matter may be used at ConocoPhillips’ sole discretion, with or without my name, alone or in conjunction with any other material of any kind or nature, except that ConocoPhillips will not use the Subject Matter for any criminal or illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with community standards of decency and applicable social benefits and interests.

In granting this permission to ConocoPhillips, I am fully and without limitation releasing it from any liability that may arise from use of the Subject Matter, whether by ConocoPhillips, its agents or any third party, and I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless ConocoPhillips from and against all claims arising from or related to the use of the Subject Matter.

I hereby relinquish all rights, title and interest I may have in any photograph, film, drawing, videotape, audiotape or digital or electronic recording taken of me by or on behalf of ConocoPhillips and I understand and agree that ConocoPhillips is and shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest, including all copyrights in such material. I further acknowledge that this Release and License is granted by me for good and valuable consideration.

ConocoPhillips Activity Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement

By participating as a player, volunteer, sponsor organization, employee of organization, or Fox Hills Golf Course affiliate. In consideration of ConocoPhillips Company permitting me to participate in Event activities (collectively, the “Activities”), I hereby waive any rights that I may have and agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless ConocoPhillips Company and each and all of its present, former, or future parent(s), subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (hereinafter “ConocoPhillips”), and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, heirs, legal successors and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, losses, damages, expenses or liability of whatever nature (“Liability”), whether in law or equity, that may arise during or as a result of participation in the Activities and any events in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, (i) any such Liability related to or arising out of bodily injury, personal injury, illness, disease, death or property damage or destruction; and (ii) any such liability related to or arising out of any of the Indemnified Parties providing aid or assistance in the event of injury. I understand, and it is my express intent, that this Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement releases and protects each of the Indemnified Parties from and against such Liability even if such Liability results from or is caused by the sole or contributory or active or passive negligence, strict liability, or other legal fault of any of the Indemnified Parties or any third party.  I also understand and agree that neither ConocoPhillips Company nor any of the other Indemnified Parties assumes any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including, but not limited to, medical, health or disability assistance or insurance, in the event of injury or illness.
