SCHOLARSHIP & AWARDS GALA

We're excited to host you at our 22nd Board of Regents’ Scholarship & Awards Gala on Saturday, August 22! Below is everything you need to know as you prepare to attend the event.

Before You Arrive

By doing so, we will be able to expedite the check-in process and get you settled in quickly, allowing you to fully enjoy our silent auction, live auction, paddle raise, and other giving opportunities without any delays or interruptions.

Parking

Parking is available for a fee in the official Georgia Aquarium parking deck. If you’re driving and planning to park onsite, use the above street address for a direct route to Georgia Aquarium parking garage.

Registration

All guests must check in at Registration upon arrival to receive a table assignment and bid number for the Live Auction and Fund the Mission. (If you have already pre-registered via ClickBid, your check-in will be instant!)

Live & Silent Auction

Live Auction: Get ready for an exciting live auction featuring exclusive experiences and items!

Fund the Mission: Raise your bid paddle (this is also be your event program) when you hear your preferred donation level. If your card is on file, your pledge is logged automatically.

Silent Auction: Explore our silent auction items on display throughout the venue and scan the QR code next to any item to place your bids instantly on your phone via ClickBid.
