Conditions of Sales
All sales are final. No purchase can be returned or exchanged. All property is sold as exhibited unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will be applied to the winning bid where applicable. Payment in full is required before items are released to winning bidders.
Artwork pick up:
- Option 1: Artwork will be available for pick up at the front desk of the Hartman Pavilion at the conclusion of the event.
- If you are unable to pick up your art after the event, you can schedule a pick-up time after 7/6/2026. Please contact Cami Keller (camik@lbma.org) or Susie Marquez (susiem@lbma.org) for arrangements.
- Option 2: Artworks can also be shipped within the U.S. Buyers are responsible for all shipping expenses. Artworks will not be shipped until after 7/6/2026.
