About Swing-In
The Swing-In Auction Party and Golf Tournament is the University of the Incarnate Word's annual scholarship fundraiser. The event directly benefits UIW students by providing funding for scholarships needed to continue their higher education journeys.
Auction Party - Thursday, May 14, 2026
Join us at the University of the Incarnate Word McCombs Center Rosenberg Skyroom for live music, delicious food, open bar, and an opportunity to bid on amazing silent and live auction packages!
Winner of the annual Swing-In raffle will be announced during the Auction Party. *Need not be present to win.
Golf Tournament - Friday, May 15, 2026
Meet us at The Hyatt Hill Country Golf Course for an 8 a.m. tee time. Breakfast and lunch are included for golfers. Expect exciting contest holes throughout the golf course. Swag bag includes UIW Swing-In shirt and hat!
Sponsorship packages include access to the Swing-In Auction Party on May 14, at the University of the Incarnate Word McCombs Center Rosenberg Sky Room.
Swing-In Raffle
Buy your Swing-In raffle ticket for $100 each and support UIW students’ education through the purchase of your ticket(s) by registering with your phone or email at the top of this page. All proceeds will directly benefit the Scholarship Fund and provide UIW students with the opportunity to further their education at a faith-based institution. The winner will be announced on Thursday, May 14th at the auction party. (winner need not be present)
