Featuring Menu Tuscan chicken (chicken in a sundried tomato parmesan garlic cream sauce) or  Meatloaf and Vegetable lasagna.

Evening Project Goals: We aim to raise funds to install new ceiling fans in the Rabbit & Poultry barn. This will enhance comfort for both exhibitors and animals during the Junior Fair, along with a more enjoyable experience for the community during the Junior Fair Sale. Additionally, the Horse Council requires 10 more stalls for their program, along with various other general needs of the Junior Fair and the Agricultural Society.
