Welcome to the Sunriver-La Pine Rotary Annual Fundraiser, The High Desert Derby – June 13th, 2026 at 5:30 PM | At Sharc, Sunriver
We're thrilled to welcome you to an unforgettable evening inspired by the atmosphere of a race track and the excitement of horse racing. The theme, "The High Desert Derby", creates an exciting and entertaining setting for a community celebration with virtual horse races, live and silent auctions, great cuisine provided by Bleu Bite Catering and plenty of opportunity for fun and laughter - all supporting the projects of the Sunriver-La Pine Rotary club that are helping families, children and our community at large.

Chartered on October 4, 1994, the Rotary Club of Sunriver-La Pine is dedicated to service to youths, seniors and low-income people in the local communities, in the workplace and around the globe. Community members and business leaders are invited to join a Rotary Fellowship to network with others who are part of a global network of professionals seeking world peace and understanding. As community volunteers, Rotarians reach out, build, support and organize to better local and global communities.

Our focus is South Deschutes County, where we are committed to enhancing lives through support of education, family health, arts enrichment, and appreciation of our treasured natural environment. Some examples of our grant recipients are:

To add another sponsor, you will first need to identify the new sponsor and obtain their consent to be listed as a sponsor. Once you have their permission, you can follow these steps: 1. Log in to your event management platform or website where the current sponsors are listed. 2. Navigate to the sponsor section or page where the current sponsors are displayed. 3. Look for an option to add a new sponsor or to manage sponsors. 4. Click on the option to add a new sponsor. 5. Enter the new sponsor's name, logo, website, and any other relevant information requested. 6. Save the changes and publish the updated sponsor list on your event page or website. 7. If necessary, reach out to the new sponsor to provide them with any additional information or materials they may need for their sponsorship. 8. Consider also updating any promotional materials or collateral to reflect the new sponsor's inclusion. By following these steps, you can successfully add another sponsor to your event sponsorship list.
