AUCTION
Silent items open for bidding on Friday, September 8 at 10 AM. Live items open for bidding on September 16 at 10 PM. 
Guests who plan to participate in the auction must have a credit card on file before the start of the Gala.

ACCESS TO CAMPUS & PARKING
Gala guests may enter Sabanera from either the North or South gates. 
Parking is available at both the PAC & Bear Den parking lots.

SHUTTLE BUS
NEW! A Shuttle Bus, sponsored by Sonnell Bus Company, will run from the South Entrance Parking Lot in Dorado Beach East to TASIS Dorado 
every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour starting at 6 PM until 2 AM.

CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION
Registration opens at 6:30 PM. 
Please use your UNIQUE QR CODE to help ease the check-in process. 
If you don't have your QR CODE, DO NOT WORRY! All guest names are on file at CHECK-IN.

EVENING TIMELINE
Plan on a wonderful evening full of drinks, dinner, dancing, and donations! 
The fun kicks off at 7 PM and continues ´til 1 AM.
