Meet Our Keynote

Joey Zumaya is a soldier and a member of The Salvation Army's National Advisory Board. He currently serves as an executive at LinkedIn, where he leads nonprofit engagement. His online leadership courses have benefited over one million professionals worldwide.

Over the past decade, Joey has served at every level of The Salvation Army's advisory boards and led several strategic initiatives, including the creation of the National Standards of Excellence and the advancement of Echelon. He and his wife, Mariana, also founded The Zumaya Group, which helps officers across the country with strategic planning and area of operation (AO) development.

Joey is currently leading the National Strategic Planning process while also helping his son, Joey Jr., prepare to become a cadet.

Meet Our Voice Of The Evening

Lauryn Mangum Reed is the Executive Vice President of TMG Hospitality USA, a Phoenix-based parent company encompassing LAM Holdings, TMG Services, PMCS, and TMG Development—leaders in award-winning airport concessions, real estate, and land development. She is also the founder of Lauryn Ashley Management and Consulting, a boutique firm supporting small businesses and individuals with strategy, RFPs, and development services.

With over a decade in the aviation industry, Lauryn’s expertise spans small business expansion, strategic planning, innovation, and business development for billion-dollar organizations. She holds leadership roles with the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), including Trade Board Secretary and Emerging Leaders Committee Chair, and has served as a member of the ACI-NA Business Diversity Steering Committee. Lauryn also contributes as a founding member of YPAC and an advisory board member with The Salvation Army Metro Phoenix.

A Detroit native and ASU alumna, Lauryn is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a proud wife and mom. She champions engagement, representation, and work/life synergy—empowering women to lead boldly and live fully.
