1. All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount if you are the winning bidder.
2. The highest bid at closing time wins the item. Winners will receive an email confirmation.
3. All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.
4. All items are described as accurately as possible. Some items may have restrictions, blackout dates, or expiration dates that are the responsibility of the bidder to review.
5. Lost or expired certificates cannot be replaced. Unless stated otherwise, gift cards and certificates do not include taxes, gratuity, or additional fees.
6. Digital items (certificates/codes) will be emailed to the winning bidder. Physical items will be available for pick up. You will receive an email with additional information. Shipping is not included unless otherwise noted.
7. All experiences, lessons, and services must be scheduled directly with the donor. Expiration dates and usage restrictions apply and cannot be extended.
8. San Dieguito Academy Foundation is not responsible for any issues arising from donated goods or services. All risk transfers to the winning bidder upon receipt of the item.
9. Winning bidders may not necessarily receive a tax deduction; consult your tax advisor. The value of the item is based on donor-provided estimates.
