Silent Auction Terms and Conditions:
- The organization reserves the right to add or remove items without notice.
- All sales are final, with no exchanges, and items are sold "as is."
- Purchases are non-refundable. Responsibility for items transfers to guests upon claiming.
- Restrictions may apply: Gift cards or certificates may be subject to limited availability and blackout dates.
- Bidding ends when the auction officially closes.
- The highest bid complying with the auction rules wins the item.
- Winners must collect their items at the checkout area, showing their payment confirmation.
