CHECK IN
To expedite your check-in in please update your information on ClickBid before arrival. Upon arrival, Guests who have pre-checked in with a credit card on file can skip the line. Any guests who didn't pre-check in, please visit one of our welcome team volunteers to confirm any special meal requirements, receive your table number, and your bidder number/paddle.

SOCIAL HOUR
The fun begins at 6PM. (5PM for VIP)
Paid bars have a full line of liquor and spirts, and are placed about the banquet area. The Free Wine and Beer service will be located in the banquet area near the silent auction.  Mix and mingle and check out the Silent Auction items.

SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction will close out at 10:30PM. Keep an eye on your bids and win! At 10:30PM ClickBid will announce it has closed. It takes some time for all the items to be compiled and for the computers to settle final bids. Please be patient.

Go to Silent Auction Check Out tables in the side hallway. Present your paid invoice on your phone and our staff will help you secure the items you won. Please do not get your own items. We will help you with this, and make sure payments have been processed.

WINE PULL
Check out the wine pull. $25 a bottle and you will get to pick out or have staff pull, a wrapped bottle of wine. Unwrap the wine and see what you got! There will be some high-end wines along with various mid-range wines. Red, White, Blush & NA options available. Don't wait these will sell out quickly! Simply give our volunteers your Bidder Number to pay.

JEWELRY KEY DRAWING

Purchase a key for $25 each.  Cash or card accepted. One winning key will open the jewelry box. Only 350 keys will be sold.
Guests will get their chance to try their keys starting around 9:30 PM.
See our fabulous Black Tie Beauties (drag queens) to get your keys by simply giving them your bidder number to pay.

CASH OR CARD
Be sure to update your Credit/Debit Card information in ClickBid. This will make it faster for you to pay at our various stations like Wine Pull, and Jewelry Key Drawing by simply using your bidder number. We can also take cash. (Cash Bars are separate and can accept Cash or Cards)

PLEASE TAKE A SEAT
Shortly after 7:00PM, you will hear an announcement that dinner service is beginning. 
Please head to your seat at this time.  Thank you.

DINNER SERVICE
We will have over 900 people in attendance. A specific meal has been selected for each guest (either by you or your ticket buyer). Please be patient as the wait staff gets all these meals set out as quickly as possible. If you do not get what you ordered, please let the wait staff know politely and it will be fixed. Thank you for your kindness during this part of the evening.

EVENING PROGRAM
We have announcements, videos, and speakers presenting various information. Please give your attention to our Emcee, Guest Speaker, and Keynote Speaker. If you are leaving the room, be polite to those around you when coming and going. Silent Auction, Bar Service, Wine Pull, and Key Sales will be paused during main programming.

LIVE AUCTION
We will be conducting a live auction following the Keynote Speaker. During this event, if you are participating, hold your number up high so our auctioneer & staff can easily see it. – If you didn't get a bidder paddle at check-in you can visit the Silent Auction Info Table prior to the Keynote Speaker to get a paddle. – Winning bidders will be processed through ClickBid by Springfield Black Tie based on the winning paddle number.

DANCE PARTY!
At the conclusion of the program from the stage, the DANCE PARTY begins!  The dance floor at the back of the room will have lights and tunes.  The DJ is available until midnight and is happy to take your requests.
