Note: every Academy family is required to purchase a minimum of two (2) tickets even if not attending; families who do not purchase tickets will be invoiced in FACTS for two (2) tickets; tickets purchased online may be donated to teachers and staff

Tickets include: one (1) beverage ticket, buffet dinner, access to live auction, dancing, music, and more! Additional tickets for wine, beer or cocktails will be available for purchase on-site. *Tables of 10 receive additional twenty (10) beverage tickets for a total of twenty (20) beverage tickets.

You need to pre-register to bid on the large array of live, silent and online auction items! Check back frequently prior to Saluté as auction items will be regularly updated with travel, adventures, experiences, services, goods, and stuff for families, adults, kids, and even pets! Our auction is only possible because of our Wood Rose community. Every family at the Academy is committed and required to contributing either a minimum of:

Providing a $200 Cash Contribution OR Soliciting $200 in Donations (cash or the total value of goods or services for auctions)

LIVE, SILENT, AND ONLINE AUCTION

As a non-profit, the proceeds from the live and silent auction benefit the Wood Rose Academy General Fund and are critical. These funds are designed to subsidize student tuition and general operations. Share the auction registration link with friends and family for them to participate and join in the bidding fun! FUND-A-NEED

In addition to the live, silent, and online auction, the Wood Rose Academy and Preschool Parents Association (WRAP hosts a lively and engaging Fund-A-Need. The Fund-A-Need goes specifically to the WRAP funds budget for specifically designated projects outside of the General Fund that help enhance and contribute to the culture and experience of all Wood Rose families. In the past, we have raised money and built the Preschool Playground, new toys for the Preschool, an event PA system, new basketball hoops, soccer nets, and more.

Dress to impress in your finest Derby attire—think bold hats, colorful bow ties, spring dresses, and elegant suits that celebrate Southern sophistication and festive flair.

Auction and Raise a Paddle

All Live and Silent Auction proceeds benefit the General FundYou must register HERE [link to register] to bid; please note purchasing a Saluté ticket does not register you for the auction. The live auction is via paddle raise at the event. The silent auction is conducted via mobile bidding; you do not have the be present to participate.

Want to be a mobile bidding expert? Here are some tips and tricks to maximize your chances of winning your most coveted items! The whole process takes place on your phone—how convenient is that?!

Viewing Auction Items

• Check out items by category under the MENU tab
• If you find an item you like, click the HEART icon underneath the item to keep it in your "Items You're Watching" list
• Look for deals under "No Bid Items""MY ITEMS" includes anything you have “hearted” or bid on.
• Want to know what you're winning, check the THUMBS UP icon
• Been outbid? Check the THUMBS DOWN icon

Bidding

• You can click "FAST BID" to place the next highest bid on an item
• Take advantage of the "BID/SET MAX" option to set a max bid amount.
• The system will then automatically bid for you up to the max amount you set
• Click "DETAILS" for item descriptions ad restrictionsClick "HISTORY" to see all the bids to date
