At the close of the silent auction, all winning bidders will be notified by email and text message.  All sales and winnings are final.  There are NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, OR SUBSTITUTIONS, except where specified. All taxes, applicable fees or reservations are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
