About Our Event

Calling All Regional RT Leaders!

The Chicagoland Healthcare Workforce Collaborative is bringing together Respiratory Therapy (RT) leaders from hospital systems, training providers, and other relevant stakeholders in Cook County and the collar counties to examine the workforce shortage and co-design solutions to increase the number of respiratory therapists in our region, resulting in improved patient care and community health.

The summit will feature RT leader presentations and break-out room discussions focused on strategies to increase career awareness and outreach to youth, capacity in training programs, and retention and career advancement.
