Silent Auction Terms & Conditions
All Sales Are Final: All items are sold as-is. No exchanges or refunds will be made, and all bids are binding.
Winning Bids: The highest bid at the close of the auction constitutes the winning bid. Winners will be notified via email or text after the auction ends.
Payment: Full payment is required at the close of the auction. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards through the online system. A 3.63% admin fee will be added to cover transaction and platform costs.
Item Pickup or Delivery: Items may be picked up during the Delaware Rotary meeting (Mondays at 12:00 PM at Brookshire Event Venue, 405 Greif Parkway, Delaware, OH 43015) or scheduled for delivery on Monday, June 23rd between 1:00–5:00 PM by contacting Scott Martin at 614-563-9729 or sdmartin@columbus.rr.com.
