WINNING BID
If you are the successful bidder, you will be considered the buyer of the lot. Payment will be processed at close of auction. All sales are considered final. All items are sold as-is. No refunds will be available and merchandise may not be exchanged. No substitutions may be made on packages. All items must be paid for by 11:00 PM on Saturday, April 13.
PURCHASER'S RISK
Richmond Ballet and Swisher Auctions, LLC shall be absolutely and forever immune from any and all liability concerning any personal injuries or property damage occurring before, during or after the auction, no matter the cause.
PACKAGE RESTRICTIONS
Before bidding, please note any restrictions and specification that may apply, such as expiration dates and inclusive and exclusive time frames. The utmost care has been taken to note restrictions as accurately as possible; however, Richmond Ballet is not responsible for any restriction inadvertently omitted or not originally noted by the donor. The winner of the package must make their own travel arrangements with the donor and within the time constraints specified in the event program and certificate. Property reservations are subject to availability. Therefore, Richmond Ballet urges you to schedule your dates as soon as possible following the auction. Richmond Ballet reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. Expiration Dates: All offers expire April 13, 2025, unless otherwise noted
TAX DEDUCTION
Each winner will receive a receipt for the purchased auction package. Listed on the receipt will be the fair market value of the package purchased. In the case of seasonal variation of value, all values will be listed. The amount contributed over the fair market value is taxdeductible.
