About The Rainbow Project

The Rainbow Project is a non-profit organization located in Madison, WI that provides mental health counseling and resources to young children and families who have experienced trauma such as child abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence, community violence, sudden loss, and natural disaster. Rainbow began its important work in 1980. This year we are celebrating 43 years of helping young children and families in our community heal.

About the Event

Rhumba 4 Rainbow is Madison's premiere Salsa event that raises money for The Rainbow Project. This event helps maintain, strengthen, and support the high level of trauma & mental health services The Rainbow Project provides to the community. Businesses, government officials, community members, supporters and "Salseros" all come together for a night of dancing and fun while raising money for a great cause!

This year's Rhumba 4 Rainbow benefit is Friday, September 8th and will be held at Varsity Hall in Union South.
