About the Event

Logistics: Gates open at 6:00pm and close at 10:00pm. All event festivities will take place within the "beer garden" area at Cloverdale Athletic Park, centered around the Red Clubhouse and its surrounding grass and patio spaces.

Fellowship & Community: Pub Night in the Park is more than burgers and beer—it’s about building something lasting. It’s about shared stories around picnic tables, the laughter of friends reconnecting, and welcoming new members like old friends.

Beer Poing Tournament: Get your game face ready—our Beer Pong Tournament is going down at Pub Night in the Park! Whether you're a casual cup-sinker or a bounce-shot legend, this is your chance to compete for bragging rights and a bit of backyard glory.

Gather a teammate, bring the friendly heat, and let the laughter fly. It's all about fun, fellowship, and a little healthy competition—plus, every toss helps support our capital improvement project, so even missed shots count for something great.

Delicious Dining: Come hungry—because your ticket to Pub Night in the Park includes an A&W burger with access to our mouthwatering Burger Bar to pile that burger (or veggie burger) high with all your favorite fixings and served up with crispy chips on the side. And what’s a good burger without a refreshing drink? Your ticket also includes on drink of your choice to start your night off. Beverages available throughout the event at an additional cost.

Entertainment: Dance the night away to the music and have some fun with corn hole, bocce, target practice on the nets of CAP #2 Turf Field and enjoy many other lawn games. Don't forget to bring your toonies for a fun twist on a traditional toonie toss! The event will have a 50/50 draw and other fundraising activities as well.
