All sales are final—a winning bid is a commitment. Please observe expiration dates, event dates and conditions. Purchaser is responsible for reviewing the auction item package description, auction conditions and limitations prior to bidding. The Auction Committee has endeavored to describe items accurately, but all items are sold “as is” and PS1 Pluralistic School neither warrants nor represents, and in no event will be responsible for the accuracy of the description. PS1 takes no responsibility if any of the entities that have donated goods or services go out of business prior to the expiration date of the applicable certificate.
All items requiring scheduling or appointments are subject to availability. Scheduling is the winner’s responsibility and will not be handled or guaranteed by the Auction Committee or PS1. All vacation homes, condominiums, hotels, resorts and special visits are subject to availability. Reservations must be made with the donor. The successful bidder of a privately owned condominium/vacation home is responsible for any damages as a result of the stay. All transportation and vacation packages are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and non-negotiable for upgrades or substitutions unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise specified, please use gift certificates within one year of the date of the event. Most gift certificates exclude taxes, service charges, gratuities and alcoholic beverages. All auction items are donations and are not returnable.

PS1 is not responsible for any damage or injury that may result from participation in or use of any donated item. Moreover, to the extent a purchased item involves or may involve a dangerous or hazardous activity, PS1 makes no representation or warranty with respect to the availability or sufficiency of insurance coverage. Any dispute or discrepancy that may arise in connection with the auction shall be resolved by the PS1 Business Office.
