Enjoy dinner, live entertainment, silent and live auctions, raffle, party time, and more.

The Past, Present and Future Gala marks a huge milestone for this school. The school has grown and changed throughout the years, but has always worked to  develop great leaders in the community and beyond. We welcome all alumni, families, friends, and future Mustangs to this event.  Funds raised help improve school facilities, programs, education, and provide scholarships for students.

This year we will be honoring Pastor Mark Barz from Crown of Life for his many years of service in the San Antonio community and his involvement with LHS.

About the School

Lutheran High School of San Antonio (LHS), first conceptualized in 1993 by Lutheran church leaders, was established in 1995 by area Lutheran congregations. The city’s only Lutheran high school, LHS is supported by six congregations of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod forming the Lutheran High School Association.

LHS is a private, Christian high school in the Lutheran tradition, but 65 percent of our students are from other backgrounds. LHS provides an educational experience rooted in Christian values that young people need in these troubled times. Our students pursue excellence in academics, athletics, fine arts, STEM, and many other extracurricular activities while learning to treat themselves and others with respect as they develop integrity and a servant heart, growing character to prepare them to lead lives of impact in their community.

Lutheran High School is committed to developing student leaders in the classroom, church and community. We turn out many of San Antonio’s top student leaders, and we know that wouldn’t happen without creating a more challenging educational experience.
