Why The Perfect Gala Exists:

This event is personal.

My brother Duggan was the kind of person who lit up a room as a kiddo— funny, playful, and full of life. But like so many, he started drinking in his 20s, and over time, alcohol took more and more from him… until it took everything. He passed away in 2023 after a long struggle with alcohol addiction.

The Perfect Gala was created in his honor — a celebration of life, joy, and connection that proves alcohol isn’t required to have a damn good time. It’s our way of flipping the script, supporting others who are ready for freedom, and reminding everyone that fun and healing can absolutely go hand in hand.

Coach Pam – Program and Coaching Manager, This Naked Mind

Coach Pam serves as the Program and Coaching Manager at This Naked Mind, where she leads with compassion, connection, and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals transform their relationship with alcohol. Drawing from her own powerful journey—where shame and isolation once held her back—Pam brings deep empathy and authenticity to every interaction.

Through her leadership in the organization’s flagship Path Program, Pam ensures that each participant is not only guided through Annie Grace’s groundbreaking methodology but also deeply seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey. Her mission is clear: to make sure no one ever feels alone as they pursue freedom from alcohol.

Pam is a passionate advocate for dismantling stigma, creating community, and holding space for lasting change. Whether coaching one-on-one or speaking to audiences across the globe, she empowers others to reclaim their stories and step into a life of clarity and connection.

Coach Lynnie McGivern is the founder of PauseThePour.com and a certified This Naked Mind PATH Coach, committed to helping individuals transform their relationship with alcohol through a science-based, compassion-led approach. After finding her freedom through the PATH program, Lynnie felt deeply called to give back the hope, healing, and empowerment that her coaches so generously offered her.

Inspired by the love, wisdom, and support of those who walked beside her, Lynnie now dedicates her work to creating safe, judgment-free spaces where others can explore their relationship with alcohol with curiosity, grace, and evidence-based tools. Through personalized coaching, community building, and storytelling, she helps others uncover lasting freedom—freedom from shame, full of possibility.

Lynnie's journey is deeply personal, and her purpose is clear: to give back what she has been given so freely. She believes in the power of hope, the importance of breaking generational cycles, and the possibility of real, sustainable change—one pour, one person, one pause at a time.

She resides in Estes Park, Colorado, with her wife Karry and their Aussiedoodle, Zeke.
