We are excited to welcome Wintley Phipps, a world-renowned vocal artist, pastor, motivational speaker, and education activist.  Founder, president and CEO of U.S. Dream Academy, Inc. as our keynote speaker.

On River Time empowers children of abuse and neglect through life-affirming programming, scholarships, and mentorship.

At On River Time, camp is more than an adventure—it’s an opportunity for a dramatic pivot in a teen’s life. For a child who has experienced abuse, neglect, or trafficking, camp creates space for new experiences, positive memories, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to see their own worth in a new way.

But our support doesn’t end when camp does. Through year-round programming, mentorship, and college and career scholarships, we continue walking alongside these young people as they grow, heal, and build brighter futures.
