Join Open Health Foundation's fundraising event to support providing access for all to affordable, quality health care and be a part of ensuring "Whole Care for the Whole Community".
Please help us honor our 2026 Community Healthcare Champions: Dr. Coletta Barrett, Dr. Sandra Brown & Dr. Carol Patin.
This is a fun evening filled with entertainment, cocktails, a fork pull, a cork pull (wine, spirits), dinner, and awards. Come learn about what Open Health Care Clinic is doing in our community!

YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL:
Support the Patient Fund aiding with resources outside of the exam room, such as transportation, supplies, housing, and other needs for both physical and mental health and wellness. The Patient Fund helps our community neighbors such as:
- Kids needing health or dental care
- Persons living with HIV
- Teenagers getting mental health counseling
- Retirees needing help managing diabetes

Auction, Cork & Fork Pull Donations
We need donations to make this fundraiser optimal to raise the funds necessary to support Open Health Care Clinic's mission to provide quality, affordable healthcare for the community regardless of insurance or income status.
Have the perfect item for our silent auction? Submit the details here and our team will reach out to coordinate further details.
Items that are most needed:
- Bottles of wine: red, white, sparkling (Valued $25+)
- Bottles of bourbon or any other spirits (Valued $25+)
- Travel items like a condo stay at the beach, etc.
- High-value items like new furniture, lighting, grill, rugs,
- Entertainment, Sports, Arts or other ticket packages
- Autographed memorabilia from notable figures and athletes
- Electronics items: computer, headphones, ipad, watch, aura ring, etc.
- Art, home decor, kitchen appliances, serving platters, etc.
All donations are 100% tax-deductible.
