About Our Event

About Our Event

Welcome/about our event

Life can be unpredictable and the last couple of years certainly have been just that. We at the Capitol Chapter of Oregon Hunter’s Assocation would much prefer to hold our in-person Banquet/Auction; where we gather together to tell stories, laugh, share a meal and find some treasures to bid on. We chose to error on the side of safety this year with an on-line auction. We hope that you will still have some fun and continue to give your support to OHA.

We raise funds to support our Oregon Hunter’s Mission:
“Protecting Oregon’s wildlife, habitat and hunting heritage.”

OHA is a family oriented organization that believes the youth of today will be the hunters of tomorrow.
It is they that will keep our traditions alive.

As a Chapter we are proud of the people and organizations that we support each year. Through their support and yours we can fulfill the OHA mission. Each year we coordinate, support or participate in many habitat projects; such as Aspen fencing in the Strawberry mountains, Silvie’s drainage as well as the Ochoco mountains. More local habitat sites are in the Detroit area, Oakridge and Newport.
We also support our youth through; Hunter’s Education, College scholarships, Youth outdoor days and shooting events.

All of this only happens with your support; so THANK YOU for your participation!

REMEMBER, The money we raise here stays here in Oregon to support the OHA mission.
