OAS is a 501c3 charitable organization and your payments are tax deductible as a charitable contribution, to the extent provided by law – generally 100% of cash donations to the Special Appeal, and the amount paid over value for items or services. OAS’s tax ID number is printed on auction receipts.
All purchases are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted. Certificates, credits or vouchers obtained at the auction cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable.
The purchaser assumes responsibility to remove purchases from Tetherow at the end of the evening or soon as possible from the OAS office before October 31st, 2022.
Reservations for trips must be mutually arranged with donor unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for canceled tickets/and or accommodations.
OAS has made significant effort to describe and catalog all items correctly based primarily on donor descriptions but does not warrant nor represent and shall not be responsible for the correctness of descriptions provenance or condition of items.
All bidders assume risk and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Bidders shall hold the following groups harmless from liability arising from auction purchases, OAS, its staff, the auctioneer, event organizer, contractors, sponsors and volunteers connected with the auction.
