Terms and Conditions
Purchasing:
Bidding begins on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at 10:00am.
All auction items will close and the event will end at 8:00pm on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
A credit card will be required to register; however you also have the option to use Paypal, Venmo, or Apple Pay at check out if you check out on Saturday night.
To pay for your items before the event ends, click the red button with a shopping cart on it that says "PAY". You will have the option to opt out of the 3.5% credit card processing fee at this time. If you haven't already checked out by 10am on Sunday, April 24, 2022, we will automatically charge the credit card on file for any donations made or winning bids. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added.
All items purchased are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on any item(s) unless otherwise noted.
To purchase alcoholic items, you must be 21 years of age or older. IDs will be checked at time of pick up.
NWCC has attempted in good faith to describe and catalog all items correctly, but all items are offered “as is.”
NWCC neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or conditions of any item. No statement made in this catalog or made orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
Northwest Chamber Chorus is a nonprofit charitable organization and payments are tax-deductible only to the extent provided by law. Normally the amount you pay above the estimated fair market value is deductible as a charitable contribution and “Make A Difference” donations are also tax-deductible (written acknowledgement given at check out via emailed receipt). Please consult your tax adviser.
Each person issued a bid number assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising therefrom, the Northwest Chamber Chorus, its elected and appointed officials, members and employees, and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
How to get the items you win:
The buyer is responsible for collecting and removing all items purchased from the designated pick up locations.

Any paper certificates not picked up during these times will be mailed to the winner after May 2.
Shipping is available for an additional fee, depending on the dimensions and weight of the item. All shipping is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping or delivery.

Guaranteed Win (Buy Now):
Most bid forms show a predetermined “Buy Now” amount that will guarantee a win. If you wish to guarantee your purchase, you may do so by bidding the "Buy Now" amount. Bidding on that item is concluded once a "Buy Now" is entered.
Northwest Chamber Chorus reserves the right to add or withdraw, without notice, items to or from the auction at any time.
Redeeming Certificates:
Unless otherwise noted, all goods and services must be claimed and used within one year of April 23, 2022. Certificates and offers on which no expiry date is noted will expire on April 23, 2023.
Alcohol, tax, tips, and gratuity are generally not included in gift certificates unless otherwise specified.
Certificates are non-transferable and the original certificate must be presented at time of redemption. NWCC is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates and is unable to issue replacement certificates. Reservations and any other arrangements must be made with the donor unless otherwise specified. NWCC strongly recommends that all certificates for goods or services be redeemed as soon as possible from the donating organization because many of them are offered on a space-available basis
