By bidding or using the "Buy It Now" option, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
Credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the event and total purchase price will include applicable sales tax and fees.
The Auction runs from 9:00AM CT May 13, 2022 - 1:00 CT May 27, 2022.
Event attendees should take their items with them at the conclusion of the event. Items left behind will be shipped to the buyer, and buyer assumes shipping and handling fees.
All firearm purchases will be shipped to the buyer's local FFL location for transfer by the FFL in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winning firearm bidders will be provided with instructions on FFL requirements and how to submit the transfer paperwork upon payment in full after the conclusion of the auction purchase. All Federal, State and Local Laws apply.
