By purchasing any products or services through the silent or live auction, purchaser agrees to hold NEEF harmless for any claims related to the products or services or for any use related thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, purchaser acknowledges that NEEF shall not be responsible for any refunds related to the goods or services purchased through the live or silent auction.
