Please read carefully the following Terms & Conditions. If you register or bid on items within this website, you accept these conditions.
- All registration information the bidder provides to MPT shall be current, complete, and accurate. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. You will be suspended or banned if you provide false information when registering. Must be 18 years or older to participate in auctions.
- When visiting MPT Auction websites, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive electronic communications from MPT.
- As a bidder, you are responsible for any and all bids placed under your bidder number and password. If you feel your bidder information have been compromised, notify MPT immediately.
- Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the item at the said price you indicated as your bid. Invoices will be emailed or mailed to winning bidders after the close of the auction. When the auction closes, full payment is automatically charged to your credit card placed on file at registration prior to e-mail notification that you are the successful bidder.
- Auction winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the auction closing to arrange for pick up or delivery of items. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder. If not there, please contact the MPT Special Events & Community Engagement coordinator at auction@mpt.org or 410-581-4137.
- The MPT Foundation will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the winning items as described in these Terms & Conditions to the winners within 30 days of the auction closing. Time sensitive items will be prioritized.
- Items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- All items bid on and awarded to you as high bidder are your property upon final payment. Bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. MPT is not responsible for broken or damaged items.
- MPT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel or reject bids in their sole discretion. MPT reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Despite efforts to avoid the withdrawal of items after listed, it may sometimes be necessary. MPT reserves the right to do so at any time before or during the auction.
- MPT attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MPT does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- MPT cannot be held responsible for any interruption in service or errors. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
- Trademarks not owned by MPT, MPTF, or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
