All bids are final.
Registered individuals must have a credit card on file to bid.
If bidders are present at the event, they must pick up their item and take it with them upon leaving the event. Those items that are not picked up must be picked up from the designated pick-up location within one week of the event. An email will be sent with information about the pickup location within 24 hours of the event.
A 3.63% processing charge has been added for all credit card transactions to ensure all the auction items' proceeds go to our listed beneficiaries.
If payment is not made by the end of the event on March 1st, Short North Rotary reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the total amount on Monday, March 3rd.
