What to Expect
Join us for an evening of culinary delight, where you can savor delicious wine and hors d'oeuvres prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Émé. Capacity is limited.
You'll also learn more about Mercy Beyond Borders, a nonprofit focused on lifting up women and girls from extreme poverty overseas. All proceeds directly support their programs.

From his early days cooking with his family in France’s Loire Valley, Chef Christophe Émé’s passion for food has taken him to some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens. Trained in Michelin-starred restaurants across France and Switzerland, Émé went on to open Ortolan in West Hollywood, earning recognition from Food & Wine as one of the “10 Best New Chefs” and praise from Esquire for his refined, modern French cuisine

Mercy Beyond Borders invests in women and girls in regions of extreme poverty by providing access to education, leadership training, and critical support services. Working in South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, and Haiti, they create pathways for young women to thrive, even in the most challenging circumstances.
From scholarships and individualized case management to leadership development and career planning, they break down the barriers that hold women and girls back. Through their holistic approach, young women find their voice, develop their talents, and emerge as influential advocates and changemakers in their communities.
