What is a Sign-Up Party?

A Sign-Up Party is an event hosted by a McKenzie family (or group of families) to raise funds for our school. 100% of ticket sales benefit the PTA and support McKenzie’s largest fundraiser of the year. Each party has a limited number of spots—so log in to ClickBid as soon as sales open on October 19. Tickets remain available until events sell out.

​​​​*Traditionally, the Fall launch of Sign-Up Parties is geared toward adults-only fun—but this year we’re excited to also include a few parent/child experiences so families can join in together. Stay tuned for the full lineup of kids’ parties launching in December!

What Are We Fundraising For?

PTA funds directly support programs that make McKenzie special, including:

• Teacher reimbursement for classroom supplies
• McKenzie Garden upkeep and programming
• Open gym nights
• Teacher Appreciation activities
• Field Day and Fun Run
• 4th Grade Farewell activities
