- 4:30 pm Doors Open & Silent Auction Opens
- 5:00 pm Social Hour
- 6:30 pm Dinner by Trails End BBQ and Catering. Menu: Ribeye steak, Green beans, mashed potatoes, and salad.
- 7:45 pm Silent Auction closes & Live Auction starts
- 8:15 pm Dessert Auction closes & Dessert is Served
