LoveFest is our invitation to the community to slow down, exhale, and recenter your pleasure. Inspired by Janet Jackson’s The Pleasure Principle, this year’s theme was born from a desire to create something soft, sexy, and intentional — a vibe made specifically for the Black queer community. This is a space designed to explore pleasure intentionally: from physical and sexual health, to cannabis enjoyment, to mixology and spirit workshops with tasters and freebies. At LoveFest, we come together to make pleasure a priority in the wellbeing of Black gay, bisexual, and same-gender-loving men in Chicago.

This year we're bringing you expert-led panels and hands-on workshops to take your day to the next level. Sway Dispensary leads the conversation on intentional cannabis use — learn about terpenes, strains, effects, and safe consumption practices. We’ll also dive into mindful approaches to other substances, mixology tips, and ways to enhance sexual wellness and pleasure.

After the panels, get hands-on in our interactive workshops — sip, taste, learn, and explore how to make pleasure a priority in your life. These sessions are all about giving you tools, knowledge, and experiences that are fun, safe, and totally intentional — a full day of indulgence, learning, and connection designed for the Black queer community.
