Sihle Zibane (Born Kxng) is a South African recording artist, vocalist, and multi-platinum-selling music producer from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
His journey began at Lily of the Valley Children’s Village, where he spent his early and teenage years growing up in an orphanage. From a young age, he was deeply involved in the arts, singing, dancing, playing piano, acting and exploring different forms of creative expression. He was a naturally creative child who dreamed of one day seeing himself on the biggest stages, a dream he is now bringing to life.
After leaving Lily of the Valley, SIhle Zibane (Born Kxng) went on to study at Creative Arts College, where he trained in Sound Engineering and Music Technology, further developing his passion for music and the technical side of creation.
Today, he is a multi-platinum-selling South African recording artist, singer-songwriter and producer, known for his work across Amapiano, 3-step and Afrobeat. He has worked with artists including Nomcebo Zikode, Sho Madjozi, Mnqobi Yazo, MacG, Oscar MBO and others, while also contributing music to major advertising campaigns and screen productions. His own catalogue includes Ascension and his debut album Roses and Thorns, with his music reaching millions of listeners across digital platforms.Today he has well over 500k monthly Listeners across platforms and has the number one song currently in South Africa.
