Preview the Gala Entertainment Lineup!

This year’s LJA Peace Gala 2026 will feature an unforgettable evening of music, highlighting the artistry of Lovejack and alumni favorite DJ Kai G.

Based in Honolulu, Lovejack is the solo project of singer/songwriter/cellist Brian Webb, formerly of Streetlight Cadence, the Emmy-nominated folk-pop band featured on Will Play For Food. Drawing inspiration from the Jack of Hearts, Lovejack’s music captures romantic sincerity and youthful passion through a distinctive sound he calls Bridgerton Pop—a blend of classical cello, layered loops, and cinematic vocals.

His performances weave together original compositions and inventive takes on modern favorites, creating a soundscape that feels both intimate and expansive. With the release of his second solo album, Queen of Hearts, Lovejack continues to explore rich, emotional storytelling through music that is as heartfelt as it is dynamic.

Adding to the energy of the evening, alumni DJ Kai G will keep the celebration going, bringing his signature style and connection to our LJA community to the dance floor.

Together, these artists will help create an evening filled with rhythm, connection, and joy—all in support of our students and the future of Le Jardin Academy.

We invite you to embrace our theme by wearing shades of blue-—from deep indigo to soft sky tones—symbolizing peace, harmony, reflection, and our shared commitment to serving peace.

Together, our collective palette will reflect the strength and unity of the LJA ʻohana and our belief that peace is active, courageous, and lived each day through our students.

About the Gala

LJA Peace Gala

Peace is not something we talk about. It’s something we practice.

From their first day on campus, our learners are taught that serving peace begins within. By nurturing self-awareness, balance, and wellbeing, students build the foundation for how they listen, relate to others, and engage with a complex and diverse world.

At LJA, peace is active and intentional. It calls for empathy, courage, and the willingness to stand up for what is right with integrity and care. We teach our students that caring for their own wellbeing strengthens their capacity to lead with clarity, compassion, and resilience.

Serving peace shapes our community. It honors diverse perspectives, fosters meaningful intercultural understanding, and prepares students for leadership that is thoughtful, brave, and deeply human.

The LJA Peace Gala is an invitation to be part of that work—supporting the next generation of global citizens as they carry peace forward, in themselves and in the world.

And in last year's heartfelt gala video, students share what hana pono means to them and how it shapes who they are becoming—as individuals, as learners, and as future leaders. From personal growth to positive impact on LJA, the community, and the world, their reflections highlight the deep and lasting influence of living with intention, integrity, and compassion. Mahalo to our LJA ‘ohana for supporting a generation that embraces hana pono to make a difference.
